Winterfest 2008, Sunday 24 August from 10 a.m.If you weren't there you missed a great day!Thanks to all those who attended, to the vendors and their bargains, to the exhibitors who gave us ideas for our next project, and to the BMARC members who helped. How much does it cost and what time does it start?Entry to Winterfest is only $2. Children 12 years old and under accompanied by an adult are free. Gates will open at 10 a.m. Exhibitors and Flea Market vendors will be allowed entry from 8 a.m. in order to set up. I have items to exhibit / sell.If you would like space to be allocated for you at winterfest please download this form and forward it to the club with payment as explained on the form. CateringThere will be a reasonably priced sausage sizzle with soft drinks, tea, and coffee. Lucky Door PrizePlease note: The prizes for the lucky door and the raffle were inadvertently swapped. The details below have now been corrected. We extend an apology to anyone who may have been inconvenienced by this error As it has been for many years the lucky door prize is a hamper. This years great hamper is valued at $100. Just the thing to take home to your partner to explain why you were off playing radios all day. Every one purchasing an entry ticket to Winterfest will be entered into the draw to win the lucky door prize. You must be present when the draw is made in order to win. If the winner does not claim the prize immediately it will be redrawn. Raffle
